Rockliffe Fellowes
Rockliffe Fellowes (March 17, 1883 - January 28, 1950) was a Canadian actor born in Ottawa, Ontario. He appeared mostly in silent films and is probably best known today for his role as gangster Joe Helton in ''Monkey Business'' (1931) starring the Marx Brothers.
After following a business career for some years, he gave it up to go onto the stage in 1907 and later made his entry into films as the redemptive hero of Raoul Walsh's 1915 silent gangster film ''Regeneration''.
At one time he was married to the stage actress Lucile Watson. He retired from acting in 1934. Fellowes died in Los Angeles, California in 1950 at the age of 66.
